Winter Forecast 2019-2020(by Farmer's Almanac)

Here is the winter forecast for the US by Farmer's Almanac:

In Maryland and in MoCo, it says that we will get Frosty, Wet and White. This means that we will get a lot of winter weather and lots of snow, which is good. According to this, temperatures won't become extreme. When I say extreme, I mean temperatures below 15 degrees and wind chills below 0 degrees. I still haven't found out if the season will be an El Nino or a La Nina. Remember, these are just predictions. Credit to the Farmer's Almanac.
